Travel within the Charlotte area is already built into these prices, so the quote you get is the price you pay. We arrive early, set up, and handle everything until the last guest has their prints.

What does the rental include?

Delivery, setup and breakdown, an on-site attendant, unlimited prints, your choice of backdrop, props, and digital copies of every photo after the event.

How long can we rent the booth?

Rentals typically run 2 to 10 hours, and we can build around your schedule.

Does setup time count against my rental?

No. We arrive early to set up and handle breakdown afterward, separate from your rental time.

How much space do you need?

About 10×10 feet for the booth, props and backdrop. We work with all kinds of venues, so just tell us your space.

Do we get digital copies?

Yes. Guests can email or text photos straight from the booth, and you'll get a password-protected online gallery after the event.

Can the prints be customized?

Absolutely. We design a custom template with your event name, date or logo.

Is there a limit on photos?

None. Guests can take as many photos and prints as they want during the rental.

Do you charge travel for Charlotte events?

No. Travel is included in the prices above for the whole Charlotte area — Uptown, South End, Ballantyne, Matthews, Huntersville, Lake Norman, Mooresville, Concord, Gastonia, Monroe, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and everywhere in between.

What if something goes wrong with the booth?

Our attendant is trained to troubleshoot on the spot and keep your event running smoothly.

How do I reserve my date?

A $200 retainer reserves your date, and it goes toward your total. The balance is due 2 weeks before the event. Book early for peak season, but reach out even if your event is last-minute.
